Karlsruhe vs Valencia July 14, 2013

Valencia CF: Guaita, Joao Pereira, Ricardo Costa, Mathieu, Cissokho, Parejo, J. Fuego, Fede, Viera, Piatti y Alcacer.

Karlsruher: Orlishausen, Klingmann, Gordon, Maurersberg, Vitzthum, Alibaz, Peitz, Yabo, Mast, Hennings y Van der Biezen.

Bochum gegen Aston Villa July 14, 2013

Arsenal vs. Indonesia XI July 14, 2013

Arsenal open preseason play with a match against Indonesia as a part of the club's Asia Tour. The journey serves as an opportunity to expand the Gunners' brand while also preparing the squad for another highly anticipated season.

The fixtures over the next couple weeks won't showcase the same intensity as a Premier League or Champions League match. That said, it's a good chance for the squad to shake off some rust and also for the younger players to gain some experience.

With the start of the Premier League campaign on the horizon, expectations are beginning to take shape for Arsenal. After a strong finish to last season, the Gunners must attempt to build off that success as they hope to push toward the top of the table.

Supersport vs Manchester City July 14, 2013

Manchester City and Arsenal both kick off their pre-season campaigns this afternoon, with the Blues taking on Supersport at the Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Pretoria and the Gunners bidding to get off to a winning start against the Indonesia XI in Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, Jakarta.

Manuel Pellegrini will be keen to win his first game in charge of City, who kick off at 2pm GMT. Arsene Wenger's side get things under way at 2.45pm.

Sportsmail's Chris Wheeler is in South Africa watching City and Sami Mokbel is in Jakarta watching Arsenal. Both will be sending regular updates throughout.

The Manchester City team is in too: Hart, Richards, Kompany, Garcia, Kolarov, Barry, Fernandinho, Razak, Suarez, Nasri, Dzeko

Here's the first update from Sami Mokbel in Jakarta.

'Just under two hours to kick off here in a humid Jakarta ahead of Arsenal's first pre-season match of the season against an Indonesian Dream Team and the atmosphere is already building here at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium.

'It will be interesting to see how the pitch holds up after an entire day of rain yesterday. If there's even the slightest doubt over the pitch then surely Arsene Wenger will not risk his key players today.  It'll be interesting to see what team the manager selects.'

England vs Australia July 14, 2013

England have full control over the match and are just four wickets away from winning the Nottingham Test and take a 1-0 lead in the five-match series. But Michael Clarke thinks otherwise.

Australia's newspapers are hoping teen sensation Ashton Agar can replicate his record-breaking first Test innings and guide his team to victory in the fluctuating first Ashes Test against England.

While the media Sunday highlighted yet more umpiring controversies that have dogged the series opener at Nottingham, commentators pointed to the 19-year-old rookie as Australia's unlikely saviour after his amazing debut knock of 98 batting at number 11.

At the end of fourth day's play Australia were struggling at 174/6, needing another 137 for a win. Australia's first innings hero Ashton Agar and vice-captain Brad Haddin are at the crease. Agar was promoted ahead of Mitchell Starc, Peter Siddle and James Pattinson on Saturday.

Earlier, Ian Bell's hundred started it off brilliantly for the hosts but Australia fought back to remove the last four wickets for 19 runs. The visitors then had a great start with Shane Watson and Chris Rogers, who added 84 runs before former fell lbw to Broad. That opened up the gates and Graeme Swann then picked up Steve Smith and Phil Hughes with some fine display of spin bowling. Joe Root too came into action with Ed Cowan's wicket, whose Test future seems to be in doldrums. Eventually England ended on top and will fancy their chances going into Day 5.
