Mexico vs Costa Rica June 11, 2013

Following two straight games this summer in which his site struggled to create chances -- not to mention the spring 0-0 draw against the United States -- Jose Manuel de la Torre has made sweeping changes to his Mexico side. Hector Herrera and Gerardo Flores have been brought into the side while Giovani dos Santos has been moved back to the bench. Flores has been an impact sub on the right wing, but will start at right back.

Costa Rica look set to start Joel Campbell up top after dropping Jairo Arrieta. Alvaro Saborio is recovering from an injury and is on the bench. They've made a number of changes and their formation is anyone's guess, but it looks like they're packing the center of midfield.

Mexico lineup (4-4-2): Jose Corona; Carlos Salcido, Hector Moreno, 'Maza' Francisco Rodriguez, Gerardo Flores; Andres Guardado, Hector Herrera, Jesus Zavala, Pablo Barrera; Aldo de Nigris, 'Chicharito' Javier Hernandez

Costa Rica lineup (4-3-3): Keylor Navas; Jhonny Acosta, Giancarlo Gonzalez, Michael Umaña, Cristian Gamboa; Michael Barrantes, Junior Diaz, Yeltsin Tejada, Joel Campbell, Bryan Ruiz, Cristian Bolaños

Kickoff is at 8:10 p.m. ET, delayed 10 minutes due to Costa Rica arriving late at the Azteca. You can catch the game on ESPN or Univision Deportes in the United States.
